Salon & Spa Policies

Arrivals

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure a relaxed and timely experience.
Late arrivals may result in reduced service time so we can remain on schedule for our next guest. Depending on the service and provider availability, your appointment may be:

  • Shortened
  • Rescheduled
  • Subject to a late arrival fee of up to 50% or the full service charge, at the provider’s discretion

Spa services are available to guests 18 years of age and older only.

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to our guests and service providers, we require 24 hours’ notice for all salon and spa cancellations or rescheduling.

  • No-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
  • For short-notice changes, please contact your location directly.
  • All appointments must be secured with a valid Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover card.

Service Adjustment Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within three (3) days of your appointment.

  • Adjustments will be performed by the original service provider, if applicable.
  • Adjustment services must be completed within 14 days of the original appointment
  • Adjustments apply only to corrections of the original service, not changes of mind

Please note that significant color changes (such as dark-to-light transformations) or corrections following box dye may require multiple sessions to achieve desired results.

Group Booking Policy

Group bookings of three (3) or more guests require a 50% deposit of the total service fee at the time of booking. For Group bookings, we recommend 3 weeks in advance to ensure availability.

Retail Return Policy

We accept exchanges only for unused and unopened retail products within seven (7) days of purchase.

Payment & Gratuity

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover for services and retail purchases.

Gratuity is appreciated and may be given via cash, credit card, or Venmo. Please note that our providers do not carry cash to make change.
